Be sure to scroll all the way down and sign all three forms before pressing the Finish button.
Once submitted, you should see a “Thank you” message.
If you do not see the thank-you message, something is missing and your form has not been submitted.

Importante:

Si el formulario se envió correctamente, aparecerá un mensaje que dice "Gracias".
Si no aparece el mensaje "Gracias", significa que falta completar algún campo y el formulario no se ha enviado.
